Making a Frenzy Barb, Grief in an Ettin Axe?

Hi, I'm trying to figure out what the best weapon set up for my frenzy barb is.

I already made an Oath in an eth Small Crescent axe and it does good dmg and high attack speed.

Now for my other hand I'll also need to use an axe, so I was thinkin is it worth putting Grief in an Ettin Axe, or should I wait for a Zerker? Or should I just trade the Oath and go dual swords?

Note: Playing SP PvM , I have no neeed for any PvP strats, I just want to get through the game on hell and dominate.|||i recently found a Lo (also SP, HC to boot) and the first thing i thought of was greif so i'm in the same boat, dunno what to put it into for the best overall use. i dont want to have to make another one, scratch that, i wont make another one if i can help it. unfortunately (for you) i personally think the best thing overall to put grief into is a phase blade. some builds cannot take anything slower or if they can you run the risk of needing a specific ias roll on the grief.

if you're not planning on using this for anything else, go with what you want, but if you're ever going to reuse your grief, i'd pick phase blade.

ps. you could always make a new oath in a sword and then you could go with a pb for the grief.|||good suggestion. i actually have another mal and pul to spare to put in a sword, and coupled with the grief pb it should be a good combo. but what sword to put it in? another phaseblade as well? or something with higher damage|||If you go swords, put oath in an eth Balrog Blade. I don't like phase blades (or ettins/crescents) on barbs because of small range. If you don't ever use ww, it doesn't matter too much, but I always find myself using ww once in a while on my frenzy barbs in hell. Often, I find I quicker to use ww on random mobs then frenzy on bosses. If you like to mix it up, you'll definitely prefer the range of the zerker. Now, if you happen to get below 34% IAS then that's another issue...

JEB90|||If you're making Grief for a specific build or PvP and you know you'll never use it on another char then okay, but for PvM and especially SP it's madness to put it in anything other than the fastest weapon possible (phaseblade). Roll Oath Balrog for the other weap (CS and DS have slightly more damage but they're harder to get with 4 sockets)
