How much dext for max block with SS ?

At lvl 90 is it correct 203 dext to get the max block (75%) ?

1st line % blocking of SS --> 67% ?

2nd line is -> 25% ?

for lvl 90 it required 162 dext ?

is it correct ?|||help someone|||base block % will look different depending on the class of character equipping.

72% is base block on a SS for Barb = 203 dex @ lvl 90 to hit 75%.
