where to start on the reset?

So i have 0 experience playing a barbarian but i feel it necessary to roll one in the upcoming ladder reset. lets just right into my questions:

1) what to level as? I'm probably gonna be playing mostly solo or with one other person so what is a decent skill progression to level with in the new season?

2) untwinked mfing? this will be my first real ladder reset starting off with pretty much no rushes etc so how can i build my barb to mf untwinked and maybe some ideas on what to mf with said build.

I'm gonna read most of the barb guides in the sticky but if they are anything like the other forums i don't think they will be much help with my first question so any help with that would be appreciated.|||If your totally untwinked I'd go double swing or double throw until you get to Duriel, as his holy freeze will own you. You'll kill pretty fast up till then as the monsters in normal are pretty weak. I respec at him for conc, then I move to WW for the rest of the game.|||Start out using a lower lvl skill like double swing as barloc mentioned until you are high enough lvl for ww. Beware mana cost is high but once you lvl up more you should not have a problem with mana once you get bo maxed out.
