N00b Frenzy Question

I suppose it's actually a dual wield question.

I appologize if this is covered elsewhere, but I have been unable to find it.

I was wondering if effects from one weapon apply to both when attacking?

For instance, if I wield lightsabre in one hand and crushflange in the other. With no other sources of crushing blow, does the lightsabre have 33% chance of CB?
