Bul-Kathos

Hello there.

I'd be glad to know if there is a viable build with Bul-Kathos' swords for Hell, i've just get the last one while running diablo.|||You can do Frenzy or Whirlwind with those swords. If you do WW, you need to Shael the CB and Jewel of Fervor the other one to hit 4 fpa.|||Thank you. I've checked the speed calc for the breakpoint info before, and I wonder if those swords (dmg wise, other mods?) are enough for beating hell. Have someone experienced?|||Yes it is. Most elite weapons are Hell-capable. Some people have even beat Uber Tristam using said set swords. I personally have a BK Trav Horker. He did Hell solo fine. A bit slow sometimes, but none-the-less, doable.

If you compare these swords with all other unique, set, and runeword swords, they probably are in the middle percentile or slightly above when it comes to damage. You won't be hitting as hard as 'Grief' + 'Grief', but you'll be doing much better than some other unique combinations.

As for the mods, it's decent. It comes with 35% Crushing Blow (CBlade only), 20% All Res, a nice boost to %ED Against Demons, and Knockback, which is sometimes useful, sometimes not. Try it out and see for yourself.|||Here's a writeup of one, with thoughts on the build.
