Death vs Beast

So which would you choose for a BvB orentated barb who also is very good at other meeles like smiter, charger etc. That 50% cb and critical strike on death looks sexy, but on the other hand fanatism and str looks tasty from beast too, can't decide because now i have 3 vex runes and dont know if sell other stuf to get ber or just stick with Death. |||I presume you are talking about an off-hand weapon, because as a main weapon Death is not very good as it lacks IAS and doesn't hit either of the last 2 ww breakpoints. As an off-hand weapon, you still won't hit the last breakpoint with Death--with Beast you will (presuming you hit 34 IAS on your main hand weapon). In general, that makes people prefer beast--as does the fact that the fanaticism increases damage as a whole and speeds up berserk when needed. Also, if you are BvB focused, your off-hand is generally better served using a shield or you will get sliced and diced. A second axe is usually only useful vs non-barbs.

JEB90|||If your going BvB you should be using WW with Grief. Greif/Beast combo for PvP.

Otherwise I agree with JEB90. I would add that crushing blow is mainly useful vs high HP monsters and not much else.|||Yes, it's for off-hand, for bvb i have grief 380/40 and ss with eld. Thank you for your answers|||Use what Barloc said. Griefz/beastz is the best combo for pvp ww barb vs casters.
