I would like You to list me THE BEST gear for a barbarian (PvM) and spec with that. (Including stats)

No limits at all moneywise!

Helm: Arreat's

Armor: (lot's of choices I use Shaftstop b/c I'm a hardcore Frenzybarb)

Wep1/2: BotD (EBotD is way better)

Belt: Verdungo's

Gloves: Drac's

Boots: Gores

Ammy: Mara's/Highlord's

Ring1/2: RF and BK

Wep switch: +3 warcries weps (2)

Str:enough for gear

Dex:enough for gear

Vit:rest

Ene:none

20 Frenzy, Wep Mastery, Battle Orders, Double Swing, Taunt

1 prereqs , Battle Command, Iron Skin, Natural Resistance

I play SP so I can't help you with Ladder rws...|||Okay. Also, how much better is this than full IK ?|||Someone's visiting the shop soon? What is best would depend on your goals but here's my take on it.

20 WW, 1 berserk

20 BO, 20 shout, 1 in the rest of the left-hand and middle war cries

20 weapon mastery, 4x 1 point wonder masteries

rest find item or stone skin

Guillaume's with Ber or 40ed jewel

Highlord's

Fortitude AP or Sacred Armor

Grief PB x2 or eBOTD GPA

LoH

SoE

Gores

Raven + rare dual-leech, AR, resist ring

But a full IK Set is VERY nice but it requires alot of a) mf or b) wealth. Can't be used with frenzy though D:|||Relatively speaking, an IK barb is about the cheapest barb build going, tho if:

then the answer probably isn't going to be IK .|||IK damage is quite poor, Pailons build is not damage optimal, hubb's doesnt use enigma so is slow.

migth merc guillaume 15/40, eth reapers 15/40, eth fort|||My build is for HC so it's more defensively played than going for max killing speed. I don't die so it must be pretty damn good.
