Nat resistance

If I havo no equipment with resistance how much must I invest in nat res to survive in hell?

Is it possible or MUST I try to find charms and equipment with resistance?|||Well, say you get 64 res all from Nat Res after + Skills (anything beyond this is really a waste). Add in 30 from 3xAnya, and you're still at -6 res all in hell. Survivable on a barb, but certainly not ideal. If you throw on an anni and a torch things look better, but I'm guessing if you had an anni and a torch this wouldn't be such an issue anyway. That said, it's not that hard to get enough resists to be comfortable. Using a shield is the easiest way. If that doesn't fit your build you can't help but stumble across gear with some resists. Even when playing untwinked I have never been held back by lack of resists.

I'd go for about level 9 or 10 after +skills.|||with basic runes from the countess, you should be able to have the res you need without wasting more then 1-4 pts in nat res.|||not hard to find charms with + res on|||I usually go for 5 (+40) or 13 (+60), because those give nice numbers that end in 0. :>|||I go for lvl 9, normally, and anything extra on top, from +skills,etc, is a bonus.

Note: I'm using the Immortal King set at the moment. I have maxed resists in hell =).|||Natural resist is a one point wonder skill.

Let your + skills equip do the rest, more than 1 hard point in the skill is a waste.|||If you are a bvc then you could max out natural resist and put rest the points into leap. Only do that if you are going to pvp against casters with your barb.
