Good runs for a Fort Barb

Which runs do you find efficient while wearing Fort?

I always figured I go with fortitude for style/damage purposes, but can't think of too many places that would be good to run with fort rather than nigma. I suppose chaos wouldn't be more than a minute's difference, but that's all that I can think of where you don't sacrifice a lot of time.

Any other places that you run while wearing a fort as a barbarian?

(I will not have access to both)|||With decent FRW, Increased Speed and Leap it shouldn't be too much hassle to do most places. Granted i wouldn't particularly choose Baal/wsk, but travi / pits / eld / shenk / pindle / nilthalak shouldn't be too time consuming to get to without enigma.|||If you are a dual weild barb then just use enigma and make your barb all vita. Teleport with switch side which should have x2 low hoto.|||I suppose Nilthalak, travi, and pits are pretty good points.

Raw physical damage does work effectly but for a dual weild build I prefer enigma over fort to be honest. I would use edc zod/beastz combo. Using that wield fort would not make a big difference at all.

Assuming I was using edc zod/beastz with enigma and assume that you choose grief pb/grief pb with fort. You have better raw damage but honestly there should be no huge difference in killing rate between the 2 setups. Mainly because of the mods on beastz side which would be on left hand.|||Act1: Bone Ash and his buttpals (Inner Cloister WP to Cathedral)



Act2: Fire Eye and his buttpals (Arcane WP backwards to Palace level 3)



Act3: Travincal Council



Act4: River of Flame to Diablo



Act5: Shenk and Eldrict (Frigid Highlands waypoint)



Act5: Nihlathek. There are only 3 possible maps from the way point to the Halls of Vaught. There is an easy way to see which direction to find Nihlathek by looking at the painted eyes at end of corridoors.|||I do the above except for the act 2 run, and I throw in a wsk/baal clear every now and then. You're not 'sacrificing' anything as long as you're killing stuff so enigma isn't all that.

Minuses: While your logic makes sense, there's no way the 210/225 ED from beast can make up for losing 1/2 your damage off-hand (Grief does almost double the damage, has ITD and 20% DS). If you're gonna use enigma just stick to Grief. Personally I hate playing barb with nigma and would rather use a sorc/hammerdin if getting to a single target quickly is really important.|||Quote:

Those two temples before travincal (both TC85, monsters hit hard there, but have very low life so full game runs are fast too, no PI) are 10 seconds run away from travincal.|||Quote:

But there is no huge difference in the dps between x2 griefs with fort and griefz/beastz with enigma. I like the frw and godly str mod from enigma and vita barbs are very sturdy compared to fort barbs.
