[PvM] WW 2-handed vs. Dual Wield

Hey guys, I have been looking everywhere for an answer to this so I'm hoping the community can help me or point me to a guide that discusses it that I somehow missed.

What are the advantages / disadvantages in PvM for a 2-Handed Great Poleaxe vs. Dual Wielding Zerker Axes.

Also just wanting to confirm that a BOTD GPA is effective in A5 Hell. Any input is welcome and helpful!|||Quote:

I would always choose Ebotd great pole over dual zerkers (griefs? If so, PB's are better)



The pros for the GPA are:

-Looks cool

-Looks even cooler

-Big Reach

-Big hits and damage numbers

-Did I mention it's cool?



Cons

-Less hitchecks so you might miss more often.

-Lacks the raw dps of dual grief PB setup

-Some people look down upon people who use 2h weps with whirlies...|||2xGrief is the best option by far (ITD and super damage plus CB is applied almost twice as often). The GPA has a much greater range and dual leech.

I don't believe that BOTD is theoretical... if anything it is much more manageable than something like Last Wish|||Quote:

When it comes to pvm + ww-barb indestructible is a MUST have for both weapons if you ask me. GriefZ +BeastZ is by far the best setup for pvp though.|||^Agreed. I could never go back to non-indestructable weapons. Ever.
