Stormlash vs Stone Crusher

So when I was last playing Diablo I had a wicked sick uber sword frenzy barb. However, back then I was relatively rich and could afford LW, etc. Now I have started again I was looking at cheaper options.

I will be remaking a frenzy barb for killing the ubers and was looking at potential weapons. I noticed unique maces have the most CB so started a build around these. My idea is to have a Stormlash+Shael in my MH and in my OH have either another Stormlash+Um or a Stone Crusher+Um, but I am not sure which will be better.

As Frenzy only uses the ias from your MH I feel the ias on my OH Stormlash would be wasted and it also has a very low min damage. Stone Crusher on the other hand has a higher consistent damage, more crushing blow (with the rest of my gear it will be 88% compared to 81% with another Stormlash) and -25% target defense, although I cannot remember if -% defense works on ubers? If I recall correctly ITD does not work on ubers so not sure if this does.

The only problem is that Stone Crusher is in a slower base weapon and the rest of my gear offers no ias. According to the german ias calculator these are my speeds:

Stormlash+Shael and another Stormlash

Level 25 Frenzy

5.5 fpa or 4.5 attacks/s

Stormlash+Shael and Stone Crusher

Level 25 Frenzy

6 fpa or 4.1 attacks/s

Not a huge difference but it might be important as I am not hitting the last frenzy bp.

To be honest I will probably buy one Stormlash and then see which weapon comes up next as I know both of them are quite rare and I don't even know if people keep Stone Crushers. I would however like to hear anybody else views. Thanks all for reading.|||Stormlash has better range, CTC static field and light absorb. Stone Crusher better damage what is very important when you finish fight and CB does not work.

I would choose Stormlash, because it is more versatile weapon, you can use it with smiter or ww dru. Stone Crusher req too much str.|||-25% target defense does work, but at half effectiveness.

Offhand IAS works just as well as on the main hand, so Shael everything. Either Stormlash x2, or Stone Crusher in the left slot with Stormlash off-hand. I would go for the Stone Crusher
