[:1]Alright guys, i'm not 100% sure how barbarians work in Diablo 2, i'm quite good with theorycrafting in general but i haven't played Diablo 2 for ages.
So my first question is: How does the defense bonuses work?
Base defense x (iron skin bonus + shout bonus)
or
Base defense x iron skin bonus x shout bonus
I'm just thinking if it's a no brainer to max out shout first, or if i should carefully select my talent points.
The other question is: What weapons should i be using for my barb in PVP?
Last time i played i used dual wield botd, now i've got a hard choice choosing what i should get.
I can't get a hold of Last Wish as of now due to economy issues, should that be the best. I still want to know though what is, eventhough my economy doesn't support it atm.
Now i know that this is somewhat up to personal taste, but i'm looking for a cookie cutter seeing as i do not have experience myself.|||The Iron Skin and Shout bonus just adds together so max Shout first.
Last Wish would be no good for Whirlwind. I have no interest in PvP so I won't be able to help you there, except to say your weapons/setup will depend on the type of barb you want to make. There should be plenty of threads discussing the setups.|||For pvp dual wielding with a grief & beast, Both in berserker axes are arguably the best WW pvp combo in existence. If you go to the pvp forum, there is an excellent Bvc guide.
