Im looking to start a new Barb on SP, I would like to give HC a try but im pretty much going to make a untwinked characters, what are my best options.... whether I make a WW or Beserker Barb I will be using a shield, however not to sure on a weapon ( i am a fan of swords thou).
My biggiest problem with building a characters is mainly where to put stat point and when to put points into my skills and how fat to get them maxed or to a 'good' level?
any and all help will be appreciated reagards Karlash|||check out this guide, it's pretty much exactly what you want for untwinked HC, because it was written with that in mind.|||Ok cool thanx..... just one question thou, would it be best to have a sheild? it a scary thought just going for the weapon... makes sine thou in the guild, if you hit hard enough you wont need a sheild.
Im not even close to being a "good" player
so might me a better option for me to make a more defencive type character?|||needing a shield just adds to the items you have to look for. shields also need to have decent %chance to block or you're going to spend a ton of dex for blocking (unless you arent going for block). that being said i usually try to go for a shield when untwinked even if it's just a three pdiamond large shield or similar.
