Does movespeed interact with WW?

[:1]I got some thoughts on my barb build recently.

Was thinking of how slower movespeed would actually increase my dmg with ww. (more hits/monster, longer time in ww)

Is this true?

Because I use frenzy aswell. But even when im "speedy" Im still slow when using ww...

So does increased movespeed work for me when im in a ww?

Any ideas?|||My answer is yes. You can check that by Yourself. Just take a timer and frw setup for barb and measure time to ww from one monitor corner to another. Then do it without frw items and You will see the difference. Same when You frozen - You will ww slower and doing more dmg at the target (more hits). I tested it long time ago but i'm pretty sure that lower speed running/walking=higher ww damage.|||Thx!
