looking for a PVM barbarian build

I'm looking for a PVM barbarian build. I like the barbarian to be of the type who just "stands" there and "steamwalls" over the opponents.. Not looking at a top-speed killer/glas cannon, but something where I don't have to be afraid of those sudden gloams around the corner.

As said I'm looking for a PvM build (which I play single player - with rwm).

I don't own a zod, nor am I near 1. (nearing enigma, after which I'm completely empty). So I can't base myself around breath of the dieing. (Though I believe grief is much better?)

Does there exist a decently written guide to explain what to look for in each piece of equipment?

Well I'd like to play a style where I can simply "stand in the middle" and come out later victorious. - I think frenzy/concentrate barbs are what I'd like to go -preferably with a shield-, though what is the actual difference?|||You can't make a Frenzy barb with a Shield.

I have a solid WW barb and I gave up on trying to WW, even with every accessible item, I preferred the 1 pt placed in Conc to kill the Ubers. What are you doing to overcome mana issues? Maybe I didn't try the right combo of items?

Also, Being high lvl, I was paranoid about a lag death since it is hard to get back XP. So I was 1 handed/Shield....
