Berserker?|||WW (and other melee skills) has actually improved over previous patches, since Oblivion Knights can no longer cast Iron Maiden (the bane of any melee build) in 1.13c. If you haven't already, have a look at this IK Barb guide (can be found in the stickied 'build guides' topic at the top of this subforum). It still applies to the most recent patch.
You're right in that your main choices are either WW or Concentrate. I've never tried berserk as a full-fledged skill myself - usually I put a single point in it to handle physical immunes. That gets me by just fine.
Choosing WW or concentrate depends on your preferred playstyle - ww is targeted towards multiple enemies at once, whereas concentrate focuses on killing them one at a time. They're both definately hell-viable builds. Don't forget to put two shaels (or 40ed/15ias jewels if you have that kind of wealth) in the maul to get past the WW breakpoint.
