frenzy speed question

i have a question about frenzy speed. the german speed calculator ignores the speed of offhand weapon. is this correct or calculator has an issue?

assume i will use edeathzerker (no ias and 0base speed). will a runemaster with 5shael (100IAS) help to improve frenzy speed (with edeathzerker) or edeathzerker speed will always be same?

final thing, i think only way to improve edeathzerker speed is fanat aura or IAS gear on other equipment, right?

thanks|||It was long thought to be correct but it turns out that your off-hand weapon's IAS is used (for the second swing) when the primary weapon lands a hit successfully. You can download a script by Titanseal (you'll have to register) to check what your breakpoints are (the SIAS you enter is Frenzy's skill-IAS).

The Runemaster won't do anything (much) to increase your attack speed with the Death, and yes, you'll want either fanat or IAS from other gear. The Runemaster will do fine, but I'm not sure whether you should aim for Beast or BOTD after that. As an aside, because of Grief's weapon-independant damage and how base WSM is calculated a Colossus Sword plus Grief Phaseblade is probably the best setup.|||ok i see.

btw, calculator shows nearly same results (only 0.5 attack changes) with perfect PB grief. seems it only affects its own attack speed.
